Assessment The course will be assessed by in-course assignments. The development of skills will be assessed throughout the course, and a final grade for each skill area will be given at the end of Year 2. Successful completion of all parts of the course will lead to the award of the SHU/UNISON Edexcel BTEC Higher National Certificate in Housing.
