Store Manager Joanne Eyre
Responsible for the overall management of the store and liaison with Head Office
Customer Services Manager Oliver Greenhalgh
Responsible for the organisation and management of all customer facing services
Estates Manager Nicholas Brocklebank
Responsible for the organisation and management of store cleaning, maintenance and refurbishment in consultation with the Office of the Director of Estates. Also the arrangements for deliveries and all stock handling activities.
HR Manager Andrew Warburton
Responsible for the organisation and management of all day to day personnel activities, holiday rotas, recruitment and training in conjunction with the Office of the HR Director.
Finance Manager Jack Nicholls
Responsible for the organisation and management of all day to day financial activities including cash handling and the preparation of reports for the Office of the Finance Director.

Department Heads

Responsible for the organisation and management of all day to day activities within the department. Represents the department in discussions with the store manager and the Directors of Merchandising and Marketing. Some Departmental Heads are also responsible for organising store-wide activities such as themed decorations (Easter, Mothers Day etc.)
