Responsible for the overall management of the business
Company Secretary
Mr Peter T Roberts BA(Hons), Dip ICSA
The chief administrator for the company. The Company Secretary normally takes charge of ensuring that any documents which need to be sent to Companies House are sent on time. The secretary is an officer of the company and is responsible for its actions (with the exception of the companies accounts, which are the personal responsibility of the directors).
Director of Estates
Mr Tim Worth
Head of the Department which is responsible for the acquisition, management and upkeep of all of the premises owned and used by the business . The department liaises with the Estates Manager in each store.
Director of Merchandising
Mrs Fiona Sutton, BA(Hons)
Head of the Department which is responsible for sourcing the products sold in the store. The director chairs a consultative committee of the Store Managers. The department is sub-divided into sections which are consistent with the Departments in the Stores. The section heads liaise with the departmental heads and overall managers in each store.
Marketing Director
Mr Jeremy Young MA
Head of the Department which is responsible for marketing the business as well as all promotional activities, window dressing and display for all of the stores. The department liaises with the store managers and designated department head.
Finance Director
Mrs Catherine Golding BA(Hons), ACMA
The Office of the Finance Director is responsible for all of the accounting systems and the associated analysis; preparation of company accounts; advising on investment; setting financial policy for the company and overseeing the finance offices in each store.
HR Director
Miss Joanne Young BA(Hons), MCIPD
Head of the Department which is responsible for all personnel policies, staff development policies, recruitment and training. The office liaises with the HR Managers in the stores.
Supply Chain Director
Mr Vijay Patel
Head of the Department which is responsible for negotiating with suppliers and managing warehousing and logistics. The office liaises with store managers and the in-store Estates Managers.

All of the directors are responsible for ensuring that the company does everything that it is obliged to do by law.
All directors are personally responsible for ensuring that the accounts are prepared, circulated to the members (those who own the company), and delivered to Companies House on time.
The non-executive directors oversee that the company is run efficiently and according to the law. They also offer advice on policy and proposed developments.
