Enter your usual network login name, password and user domain when you are prompted.

What are the steps in making a booking request?

It's simple!

Step1. Click on Request Annual / Flexi Leave to bring up the booking e-form. Use this form to enter your booking period dates; whether it's an annual leave or flexi-leave or any of the options listed in the form; whether it's for half a day; who approves the booking; and any comments to accompany the booking request.

Step2. Click the Submit button This will generate a booking request email message to the line manager who approves the request. The message will contain booking details, your name, and action required by the line manager.

Step3. Use the View Previous bookings / holidays to track and cancel an existing booking. At any time, use this form to view your previous bookings, latest status, and to cancel a booking already made. Clicking the Cancel button on a booking already made will generate a cancellation request message to the line manager.


As the Line Manager, what do I need to do?

Step1. Open up the booking request message in your email Inbox. You will be notified of any bookings with email messages in your Exchange/Outlook email Inbox. Open these in the usual way.

Step2. Click on the hyperlink to open up the booking request. This will start up the web browser and open the booking eform containing request details. You will need to login in the usual way when prompted - using your Staff Intranet login, password and user domain.

Step3. Select your action decision, type in any comments and click the Submit button.

Select Accept to accept the booking request.

Select Reject to reject an initial booking request. You may want to include a comment.

Select Cancel to cancel a booking previously accepted.

Any of these actions will generate a reply email back to the member of staff containing information regarding your decision plus any comments.

If you have accepted the booking or have cancelled the booking, an email message will also be sent to the user and the Finance and Business Management Team for central record keeping purposes.


Any tips?

Click on the Calender buttons for the pop-up calendars. Clicking on a day will insert the date for you. Click on the Calender button again to close the pop-up calendar.
