Introduction

The EditorWelcome to issue two of Reflection!

By now you will have experience of using reflection within your studies. You will all have varying levels of skills in using reflection as a means of learning. In this issue of the reflection magazine we aim to help you in developing your reflective writing skills.

Reflection is a process we all undertake daily as we reflect on a range of situations, incidents, or experiences as we go about our day to day activities. We may not follow any set guidelines, it just happens as different thoughts and feelings come to us.

We all reflect naturally with friends or on our own but not necessarily in a critical or analytical way that deliberately sets out to promote development and change.
