AIMS: To develp a quick knee lift and the positive foot placement required for effective sprinting
DESCRIPTION: The player must keep the outside leg locked and the opposite leg moves over the hurdles like a 'cycle' motion.
REPS & SETS: 1 set of 6 reps with 3 leading off the left leg and 3 off the right
