AIMS: To develop a fine angle running at pace, as if trying to break the gain line.
DESCRIPTION:The player accelerates from the first cone and swerves in and around the following cones to the end with a jog back to the start.
SETS & REPS: 3 sets of 5 reps with a 30 second recovery between each set
