Position: Fleet Operations Administrator
Location: Tankersley
Reporting to the Tankersley Workshop Manager, and based at Tankersley, this role involves assisting the Tankersley Workshop Manager and Tankersley Operations Management with fleet administrative duties, with main responsibilities of this position include the following :
• Co-ordinate weekly truck inspection schedules with local maintenance suppliers.
• Liaise with Logistics and Volvo workshops on site, to ensure inspections and repairs are completed in a timely manner. Communicate information to operations personnel.
• Update fleet systems with inspection completion and defect information.
• Ensure outstanding defects at Tankersley depot are tracked and repaired as required.
• Undertake general administrative duties as required to assist Tankersley Workshop Manager.
• Support and assist in the continual development of Fleet ISO accreditation.
The successful candidate will be organised and have a high level of commitment and motivation. Good communication and numeric skills are an essential requirement for this position. In addition to this applicants must be detail conscious and work well in a team environment. Previous experience of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook would be helpful.
Shift - Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:30pm
Salary up to £17,000 pa depending on experience
