Collections/Deliveries

Bulky but portable items may be collected from the delivery bay. There is limited parking in the bay for customer collections.

Delivery direct to a customer's home can be arranged at a charge of £10.

Large items such as furniture will be delivered direct to a customer's home from our distribution centre. There is no charge for this.

Services

Gift wrapping
We are happy to gift wrap your purchases for that really special occasion. Simply take your purchases to the Customer Services Desk. There is a charge of £2 per item.

Personalised stationery
For a special gift, we can provide personalised stationery in any style you prefer.

Wedding lists
We provide a wedding list service to help make your special day a success.

Carpet & vinyl measuring and fitting
Our trained team provide floor measuring and fitting services to a high standard. We can visit at a time to suit you.

Curtain measuring and fitting
Looking to brighten up your home? Our curtain measuring and fitting service can help you towards a comfier home.

Our stores are designed to provide access for wheelchairs on all levels. Staff are available to help customers with sensory impairment. Please request assistance at the Customer Services desk.

The Business operates a comprehensive call centre for customer enquiries.

Monday to Saturday (excluding Wednesday's): 8.30am til' 6.00pm
Wednesday: 8.30am til' 7.00pm
Sunday: 10.00am til' 4.00pm
