Duties and Responsibilities |
This exciting opportunity is within the new rotherham distribution site, which is part of the Business. The role involves a wide variety of tasks and requires you to work professionally and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment and be able to demonstrate effective management of a demanding workload. The role would suit a highly organised individual with good attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills. A high level of discretion is also required and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Job Requirements |
Day to day you'll provide exceptional customer service to all site visitors, be they members of staff, customers, contractors, suppliers or agency staff. As well as that, you'll provide a positive and supportive link between visitors and site based staff , promoting the the Business in a professional manner at all times. Delivering all customer services and administrative tasks to a high standard in an efficient and timely manner is paramount. |
Essential expereince skills and qualifications |
- Competent use of the English Language
- Good knowledge of IT systems (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Apps)
- Experience in a customer focused environment
- Ability to plan and prioritise
