Duties and Responsibilities

This exciting opportunity is within the new rotherham distribution site, which is part of the Business. The role involves a wide variety of tasks and requires you to work professionally and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment and be able to demonstrate effective management of a demanding workload. The role would suit a highly organised individual with good attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills. A high level of discretion is also required and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Job Requirements

Day to day you'll provide exceptional customer service to all site visitors, be they members of staff, customers, contractors, suppliers or agency staff. As well as that, you'll provide a positive and supportive link between visitors and site based staff , promoting the the Business in a professional manner at all times. Delivering all customer services and administrative tasks to a high standard in an efficient and timely manner is paramount.

Essential expereince skills and qualifications
  • Competent use of the English Language
  • Good knowledge of IT systems (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Apps)
  • Experience in a customer focused environment
  • Ability to plan and prioritise
Desirable experience skills and qualifications
  • Google Docs/Sheets/Drive knowledge
  • Experience of using HRG Travel Booking site
  • IProcurement Expenses knowledge
