We are currently recruiting for a Department Manager for Cash Management, to join the Partnership Services team on a permanaent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join the Partnership Services team.

As the Department Manager for Cash Management, you will have responsibility for development of a high performing team with Cash Management expertise.

The Department Manager delivers services to customers in line with the Service Responsibility Matrix for cash forecasting, bank and balance sheet reconciliations and payments totalling £21.6bn per annum, ensuring department adherence to Business Controls, Partnership policies, regulatory requirements and best practice.

Job Requirements

Key areas of the role include:

  • Lead and develop a high performing team with Cash Management expertise
  • Responsibility for the cost effective settlement of all Treasury deals and supplier and Partner payments within agreed bank cut off times, contractual supplier terms and regulatory guidelines
  • Delivery of the accurate and timely submission of the Partnership's daily cash position and 13 week cash forecast to Group Treasury and reporting of actual forecast variances
Essential expereince skills and qualifications
  • Cash Management accounting and control activity in Blue Chip environment
  • Demonstrable management and leadership experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management and customer service delivery
  • Degree educated
  • Financial qualification and proven post qualified experience
Desirable experience skills and qualifications
  • Finance Shared Service Centre experience
  • Retail, or other relevant B2C experience
  • Experienced in change management and systems implementations
