Welcome to SIMA, the sport industry module aid. This site is for all individuals either studying or teaching the sport industry module of the BTEC First Diploma or First Certificate in Sports or equivalent courses. The aim of the sport industry module is to give students an understanding of the sports industry as a whole and to assess the impact of key areas on the industry. SIMA provides an introduction to each of the topics covered by the module along with resources for for both students and teachers to use. It is also an invaluable resource for those who want to further their education and career in sport providing key information on a range of sports careers and local and national sports organisations.
