Warm-Up
Before
starting any weight session a warm up must be performed. This is to prevent
injury and to ensure the workout is used to its maximum potential.
Firstly start the training session with a 5 minute aerobic exercise, E.G.
Treadmill Run, followed by a light set of the exercise about to be performed
E.G.
