1.1 Open Internet Explorer and browse to: http://otho.cms.shu.ac.uk/dbadmin/create-codes.asp

1.2 Have a look at the index.asp page to see the resources that will be created for you. We will only use a few of the resources you can see on the list.

1.3 Return to the main self-service page again and follow the instructions for changing your password.

1.4 Using the login and password textboxes, enter the appropriate details and click 'create accounts'.

Click 'Next'.
