Submitting your Application<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/a>How do I submit?<\/span><\/h4>\n

There are two parts to this.<\/p>\n

Part one<\/strong>: Complete the appropriate\u00a0application form<\/a>\u00a0for your fellowship category and send it to your chosen referees. Make sure you have also either sent them or provided the link, to the correct\u00a0Referee Statements\u00a0<\/a>on the TALENT site. They should then corroborate your claims in their statement and return their form to you. One of your referees must also confirm they have observed your practice.<\/p>\n

Part two<\/strong>: When you have received and reviewed your Referee Statements you should send them together with your application form to talent@shu.ac.uk<\/a>. Remember that these statements form part of your evidence so if they don\u2019t deliver what you require, you are perfectly entitled to ask them to rewrite or to choose a different referee.<\/p>\n

Please submit your application and referee statements as Word documents to avoid any accessibility and\/or processing issues.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/a>When can I submit?<\/span><\/h4>\n

You may submit to talent@shu.ac.uk<\/a> at any time, but please note that your application will be reviewed in line with the submission deadline dates published on the TALENT calendar<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It is really important to select your referees and secure their approval in good time. <\/strong>If you are aiming for a specific deadline you will need to leave time for them to produce their statement and for you to ask for any changes to be made before you can submit.<\/p>\n

You will receive confirmation of receipt and your submission will be allocated to the next available Review Panel following the submission deadline.<\/p>\n

A full explanation of how your submission will be evaluated including how you will receive notification of the outcome, can be found on the Review Process<\/a> page.<\/p>\n

The timeline of this process from submission deadline to confirmed outcome is usually around 8 weeks, however this may be extended if high volumes of applications are received.\u00a0 You will be advised of the current processing time in your confirmation email.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
