All of the directors are responsible for ensuring that the company does everything that it is obliged to do by law.

All directors are personally responsible for ensuring that the accounts are prepared, circulated to the members (those who own the company), and delivered to Companies House on time.

The non-executive directors oversee that the company is run efficiently and according to the law. They also offer advice on policy and proposed developments.
