Hurdle drills

Hurdles can be used for improving speed and power of the lower extremity. Fast feet drills can be included within hurdle activities to imitate the activity related to soccer performance. Coaches can add the element of coordination to these drills by instructing players to complete varying activities. For example, missing out specific rungs on the ladders.
