What you will find on this site

This site is a compendium of activities for literacy.

The Activities include:

	- stories, poems and non-fiction items
	- worksheets, activities and puzzles
	- spellings, grammar rules and things to learn
	- extra activities using the web,    books or CD-ROMs

The activities are colour- coded:
Blue is used for the younger age group (Reception, Year 1 and Year 2);
Yellow is used for the middle age group (Year 3 and Year 4);
and Red is used for the older age group (Year 5 and Year 6).

The Information pages include:

	- guidance for parents and a glossary of grammar terms
	- web links, CD-ROMs, books, addresses etc.
