| Canoeing is an exciting outdoor pursuit that you can take part in at many levels. For the beginner an afternoon spent on a calm lake or reservoir with an instructor can be just as thrilling as shooting the rapids is for an advanced canoeist. It is a sport that many young people are interested in but one where you need a degree of organisation and support to get you started.
