pghd2 Height and Weight pghd1

Please note: These charts are only a guide to average weights. If you want more accurate guidelines, ask your doctor or a practice nurse at the local Health Centre.

A teenager's weight
If you are a teenager, you are still growing and you will probably be under, or well within, the suggested weight-range shown in these charts. Remember too that teenagers vary a great deal in height and weight, so resist comparing yourself to everyone around you!

Maintaining your weight
To maintain your weight, check out the healthy eating guidelines in the 'Diet' section to plan a healthy eating programme.
