Maria started work as a Team Leader for a South Yorkshire Children's Organisation then went on to work as a Deputy NNI Manager. In the future, she would like to move into a more strategic, managerial role and to undertake more professional development. Maria would also one day like to complete an MA, become a lecturer in early years and possibly contribute to a book.
