Kirsty previously worked as a Family Support Worker and Early Years Worker. In the future, Kirsty hopes to become more experienced in her role, improving her knowledge of speech disorders and communications systems. She would one day like to hold a senior position in an early years setting such as a Senior Nursery Nurse or Deputy Manager post.
