• Manage Family Support team including Line Management of a team of seven multi-disciplinary staff
• Responsible for family support casework, out reach, lead on child protection, family learning and parental consultation

Prior to and during study Janine worked as a Special Educational Needs CCA at a South Yorkshire primary school. She also worked as a Corporate Parenting Project Officer. In the future, Janine would like to manage a children's centre or hold a senior position in an early year's service. She also hopes to study for an MA.
