Title of session:

What is knowledge management framework and what does it mean to be a B2B and B2C e-Business?

 

Aims:

To explore how we may manage knowledge, and importance of knowledge for e-Business to gain competitive advantage. To better appreciate the differences between B2B and B2C business models.

 

Learning:

By the end of the session learners will appreciate the importance of knowledge management framework and know some of the the technologies that are used in knowledge management for e_Business.

 

Prior action needed:

At a minimum, learners are required to study "What is knowledge management framework and what does it mean to be a B2B and B2C e-Business?" to print "What is knowledge management framework and what does it mean to be a B2B and B2C e-Business?" tasks, carry out the tasks and make comprehensive notes.
