What does it mean to be doing business electronically?

 

Aims:

To explore why businesses would want to carry out their processes electronically.

 

Learning:

By the end of the session learners will know what we mean by e-Business and will be aware of the drivers of doing business electronically.

 

Prior action needed:

At a minimum, learners are required to study "What does it mean to be doing business electronically?" to print Tasks for "What does it mean to be doing business electronically?", carry out the tasks and make comprehensive notes. You should also give some consideration to the tutorial tasks and make notes before the tutorial.

 

Assessment activities built into session:

Learners are prompted with pertinent questions throughout the session. Learning outcomes of the session contributes directly to the deliverables of group project, personal blog and critical reflection assignments.
