Read these questions before the tutorial and write some thoughts down. You'll need to get together with your team that you're going to complete the assignment with.

This task requires a little imagination. You need to think about the framework for the KM infrastructure.

• Create a Knowledge Management Framework for the e-governmente venture, so that you can specify a complete knowledge management system
• You need to consider the six aspects of the business KM system
• Have a look at another group's work and see if you can see any holes or omissions in their work

Tutorial Task 2. The Critical Point of the digital enterprise

You need to look at one area of the organisation where you think knowledge management is important - for example in communication with public, R&D, staff development, or finance.

• Describe how you can find all of the information they need for this area of the business
• Describe the formats that this information is found in
• Describe how the information can be used to improve a suspected problem
