A new company is being formed, and their intent is to write reliable software for
specific clients, running under Windows. The application area is information systems, and around 10
staff per project are envisaged.
However, they have yet to choose the process model to be used. They wish to
be advised on this choice.
Produce a study, targeted to the director of the company.
The study is entitled:

Content
For the process area: limit your study to the Waterfall (with prototyping) and XP approaches.
Provide benefits, drawbacks, etc. Back up your suggestions with evidence/reasons as appropriate.
Try to avoid regurgitation (e.g. explaining the low-level detail of a particular technique - instead,
provide a reference)
Maximum length - 2500 words - avoid padding please.
