The files in the download area are mainly Microsoft Excel files, some of them contain macros. MS Excel will offer to disable macros on opening the file. To be in control of your own virus safety it is recommenced that you save the file to disk on a PC with an up to date virus checker installed and check the file befor opening. Disabling macros might stop the tutorial working as intended.

It is a good idea to save the data to either a new folder or a floppy disk, its quite frustrating to download something then not remember where it's been stored - especially if it's on your phone bill! - have fun!
